Our Philosophy
Craftsmanship Over Volume
Living Design & Build was founded by Chris Hanbidge, who started in the landscaping industry at just 16 years old mowing lawns and building a reputation through hard work and attention to detail. About 10 years ago, the company made the transition into hardscaping, focusing on patios, retaining walls, walkways, and complete outdoor transformations. Five years ago, Living Design & Build expanded again into pool construction, allowing the team to create fully integrated backyard spaces from start to finish.
Today, Living Design & Build specializes in full-scale landscape design and build projects across Southwestern Ontario. From luxury pools and premium hardscaping to outdoor living spaces and complete property transformations, the company has completed hundreds of projects with many satisfied customers. Every project is built with a focus on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and creating outdoor spaces families can enjoy for years to come.
